PK rubber V-ribbed belt has certain cold and heat resistance, aging resistance, ozone aging resistance, weather resistance, not only good flexural resistance, but also its electrical insulation performance, chemical corrosion resistance, and good impact elasticity (at low temperature Lower elasticity retention performance is better), has good oil resistance, solvent resistance and chemical stability. The addition of short fiber reinforcement can withstand higher lateral pressure, increase the pressure resistance of the belt wedge, and reduce the deformation after stress.
PK rubber multi-ribbed belt has the advantages of both V-belts and flat belts. It not only has the soft and tough characteristics of flat belts, but also has the advantages of compact and high-efficiency V-belts.
The main features of PK rubber ribbed belt are as follows:
1. The transmission power is large, 30% higher than that of the ordinary V-belt when the space is the same.
2. The transmission system has a compact structure. Under the same transmission power, the space occupied by the transmission device is 25% smaller than that of the ordinary V-belt.
3. The belt is thin and flexible. It is suitable for transmission with small pulley diameters and high-speed transmission. The belt speed can reach 40m/s; it has low vibration, low heat generation and stable operation.
4. Heat resistance, oil resistance, abrasion resistance, low elongation in use, and long life.
